Summit Air and Refrigeration was founded by Hayden Regnis, a second-generation HVAC technician who grew up working alongside his father in the family business. From an early age, Hayden developed a deep understanding of mechanical systems and a strong work ethic shaped by hands-on experience.

With a passion for growth and teaching, Hayden became a TAFE teacher in his trade, earning a nomination for TAFE Teacher of the Year. However, he missed the fast-paced, hands-on nature of the field and started Summit Air and Refrigeration in 2022 while still teaching. What began as a side project quickly gained momentum, thanks to word-of-mouth referrals and a growing reputation for reliability and expertise.
